Led by Dr. Rashmi Gaurav Pawale, a highly experienced Prosthodontist with over a decade of clinical expertise, our practice is dedicated to providing personalized, ethical, and high-quality dental care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Rashmi completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics from the esteemed SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital, Dharwad, Karnataka, one of India’s premier institutions for dental education.
She began her academic career in 2014 as a Lecturer at Vasantdada Patil Dental College (VPDC), Sangli, where she combined teaching with clinical practice and contributed to shaping the next generation of dental professionals.
Since 2014, Dr. Rashmi has been committed to private practice, earning a reputation for precision, patient-centered care, and consistently reliable treatment outcomes. She successfully established and managed her dental practice in Sangli from 2014 to 2022. In 2022, she expanded her vision by founding Dr. Rashmi’s Dentails at NIBM, Pune.
With a continued focus on delivering a modern, comfortable, and technologically advanced dental experience, she later established White Lotus Dental Studio in Undri, Pune. The clinic reflects her philosophy of combining advanced dentistry with a gentle, compassionate approach, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
